Currently trying to cut weight (10-12% BF) and getting lean. Been doing a 48 hour fast every 2 weeks for the last 2 months on top of a 200cal deficit, low carb, protein heavy diet. Cant speak more highly of a 48 hour fast. Literally fast tracked my weight goals & feeling more energetic than ever.

Sending higher graded climbs in a fasted state & still lifting heavy.

Future note to self - do this shit again, it works
