Not sure I’m qualified to summarize all the concepts the book outlines with any degree of fidelity. However, given that it was written in late 1990s, it is uncanny about how accurately it predicts/predicted how the Information Age would radically alter the course of civilization. It predicts the inevitable fall of the nation state. It talks about “internet money” being the beginning of that fall. A very crude paraphrase.
