Why else would the US and Russia still be working together on the space station despite all the government conflict between the two? Proxy wars are just economic steroids and distractions to pump fear into sheep to keep them repressed.

SpaceX is using Mars as a cover while accepting billions from the US gov. The moon will be investigated, inhabited, and then commercialized.
