Yes, it's a bridge from Mastodon to nostr.
Some of them seem to be using it willingly and replied to nostr:npub1sn0wdenkukak0d9dfczzeacvhkrgz92ak56egt7vdgzn8pv2wfqqhrjdv9 's notes as he is only posting on nostr... But I believe others don't even know that their accounts are mirrored to nostr š¤·āāļø
