I would have never imagined that python makes it so hard to pickle an encrypted function, been fighting with this implementation on and off since yesterday morning ๐Ÿ˜…

Yea, I'd figure that would be pretty easy with python.

Maybe I am just a noob but I seem to hit the same wall regardless of the approach. The problem is that pickling functions creates all sorts of ambiguities as for namespaces and once you unpickle them the i terpreter kinda doesnโ€™t know what to do with them. So now I am going for a mew approach in which I use pyarmor to obfuscate the functions I am using. Maybe going to look for a way to encrypt it in such a way to restrict their use

Wish I could help but my primary experience is not with python.

Np! I have been using python since a while now, I am starting developing that kind of gut feeling of โ€œthis might be / might be not easy to doโ€. The main downside of python in my opinion is that since everything is an object, the interpreter is super invasive. Namescapes are a nightmare in general ๐Ÿ˜‚ what do you use the most?
