i think in the long run relays have to choose a path

1. active moderation, storage for content. choosing which npubs and kinds and wot to serve. premium service for bigger storage or speed.

2. being a switch, vpn, nws operation. not much storage. no moderation. premium service for speed, connection count.

3. Short term relay (Serving 7 last days event only) with long time archival only for metadata (kind 0,3,10003)

The third option only need around 12GB in my experiment

4. Just a relay with no storage, typically integrated with a client and/or nevent library to add actual functionality

Can you link (source code repositories) which relay who have no storage? I think the minimum implementation use RAM as storage.
