Wanted to give an update for the people who participated in our #seed selling fundraiser for the #Almedafire. We ended up raising about 16k to donate which was beyond our imagination tbh. Huge huge thank you to everyone that threw down!!! If you paid with PayPal, that money put 500 dollars in the pockets of 12 local families via their gofundme accounts. If you paid with Venmo, a chunk went to @cheffedupofficial @curbsideking541 to help their mission of providing free dank hot food, a chunk went to supporting the hawthorn park homeless community that was displaced, and a big chunk went to supporting the latinx relief fund organized by @ericalexia and @niriaalicia. If you paid with cash a chunk got spent at Costco today on supplies for Talent and the rest was donated at the drop off site in Talent to be used for more supplies and gift cards. We are grateful to everyone tagged for the energy they are putting forth for the community and also @riseandresistoregon for the sharing of useful information of what to do with these donations. Check them all out! And lastly ALL orders got shipped out today and should be there by Monday.
