I am having some technical difficulties in my ability to troubleshoot. Awaiting help from damus devs, and I will take a look.

For context, currently on iOS Damus there is not support for outbox/auto-pilot, so it is possible that certain notes cannot be found dependent on your relay setup.

The mastodon bridge may also add complexity to finding a note/profile.
