Those seed oils arent cooking oils no matter what they try to claim. Literally poisons that cause inflamation and best used in paints and varnishes
Definitely, it makes more sense when you realise the word linoleic acid come from the latin for linseed because it was first isolated from linseed oil. If you have ever used that stuff you know how gloopy it can be and how well it solidifies over time.
