nostr:npub1m2mvvpjugwdehtaskrcl7ksvdqnnhnjur9v6g9v266nss504q7mqvlr8p9 The problem is that in the European Union the bulk of the taxes are deducted directly from your salary, you don't even get to see that money.

And in case you have any debts, they seize your bank accounts or your assets.

It is very difficult to avoid paying taxes, if not impossible if you are a salaried employee.

That is not true, i mean it's worse. Not only there are taxes directly from the salary but most of the taxes are indirect, like when you buy something, so the tax policy is unjust for the poorer. Moreover companies and free lancers can avoid taxes, especially big companies especially on the services section which is the bigger anyway.

When you owe to banks, not only they seize your bank account but also you CONTINUE to owe

Same in US.

Being a salaried employee means being a voluntary slave. Nice if you do it consciously and understand what you’re doing, but also the person chose to be an employee. There’s no inherent need to be employed.

Debt in parallel financial system is better than debt in bank, but of course that’s only possible if you have enough collateral.
