Soooo I just realized my mom has btc on cashapp no kyc so she can't move it but she can benefit from it with out getting reported. Right or am I wrong serious question

She has an IOU on Cashapp.
She will likely need to KYC to move it.
If it stays there and becomes anything substantial they will shotgun kyc on the way out

Cash App isn’t the platform to use if you’re worried about being non-KYC…
Get her bitcoin into self custody on something like Green or Jade. Show her how to create multiple wallets and maybe help her with some Robosats trades into a non-KYC wallet with a certain large internet retailer’s gift cards + Muun/WoS.
