This analogy doesn't hold true - in fact it's the reverse, the more places accept, the more bitcoin is spent (and the easier it is to onboard)

It gets noticably easier to onboard new businesses once there are already a dozen others in the area

And if a travelling bitcoiner is nearby, they are more lilely to visit (and spend) if there is a visible hotspot on btcmap

Don't worry about the larpers who don't spend their bitcoin. It is a dead giveaway that they are still way overexposed to fiat, and will change their mind eventually (usually a cycle or two)
