We're 1 week into Phase 2. No set plans, but probably at least a few more weeks.
FYI this is trivial to pull off, so I wouldn't assume it won't happen again unless we switch to testnet4 and fix the timewarp edge case.

Oh I have plans for a phase 3 & 4 with real hashrate, if I feel like going that far.
