my surrogate for owning oil producing land in america, is to own shares in DMLP. As a partnership you own direct shares of the land that produce oil and pays wonderful royalties

10 years. will never sell as long as it produces me more income than most other income related investments such as real estate

they also never use leverage but instead sell shares if they need their partners to put up new funds for a new land purchase

Wow, my app claims it has a 13% yield and the share price is up 200% since the 2020. Good find!

yes it will also pay a special dividend as well if profits exceed their estimates but you get K1 statements since it passes all earnings onto partners

it is a true "stock holder owned business" but that could impact your taxes
