The link has your npub in it. So he's likely attempting to pinpoint your location and route it to your nostr account. I would block him immediately. Though he is not very sophisticated in his method. He could have used a blinded identifier.

not like this but I received a message from an anon called "admin" requesting 2000 sats for their relay, which I'm not even following. I humbly sent them a reply invoice for 200k sats for sending me the message.
