Is that what this is? I got this when this person muted me after trolling my post and a couple weeks later. I thought they were sharing this list. I found a couple new follows in this list.
It's a notification that gif added you to their mute list.

Why did I get this a couple weeks later? Was another name added to the mute list? Maybe I was muted again after being unmuted
Hum... I don't really know why.. maybe. I will check the code to see if there is a bug somewhere
