Function wouldn't carry across to other apps unless it was standardised. For example some apps allow pinned notes but I don't see them.

Can confirm, Snort on the client-side allows for sensitive content warnings but I doubt it'd work on 90% of both clients and relays.

Some pics are blurred on Damus until I tap them, but I don’t think I can do that to my own pics. It’s strange.
