Has anyone here ever had ostrich? My manager was telling me about it and is bringing me some grounded ostrich Monday. Very curious to see how it tastes 😬

But how about the actual meat?
Never ate the meat, jus ate the eggs. The eggs are thick and can be a challenge to crack open.
