An admin role was created and it's working, making soapbox edits is a little iffy, many times it does not save. whether it was theme, relays or accepting nip-05. but im not sure if this is because I chose an 8g ram cloud.

I turned on firehose relays connecting to a couple major relays. I see global pumping notes, which means thats working fine.

syncing other accounts is a pain, and most accounts are not being synced. - if I had a request - The client should make the effort to fetch profiles whenever it encounters a new one.

I really like that it has RTL support. NIP-05 supports is also great.

All in all it seems to be working fine! I might spin multiple instances for different communities.
