自分の場合、ワンテンポ遅い問題はリレーの登録し直したら直りました!
なんかユニバースノストリッチランドは取得がワンテンポ遅い
アプリ開いてすぐには受信してくれない（開きっぱなしなら問題なさそう）
なので今はワインフィルターリレーと併用してる
タイムラインの受信はこの2つで今のところ漏れはない（と思う）
もし日本語リレーにしか送信してない人がいたら漏れてるかもしれない
