One thing (out of many) I really enjoy about #nostr vs Twitter/X is the complete lack of engagement baiting…

No stupid, useless, copycat threads with “69% of people don’t understand this easy way to use AI to wipe your ass! Subscribe to my newsletter! 👇🧵⬇️‼️”

Just people being people sending notes and other stuff transmitted by relays.

I think some people like threads though and I’m sure clients will exist to accommodate them.

Fair, my issue is not with threads as a format. Just with the insane amounts of repetitive copycat threads that X invites and rewards with engagement.
