I'm trying to understand some mining basics. Thinking of a Bitaxe to test the water and help decentralise some of the hashrate.

- is it possible to mine for fees only?

- if so would a solo or pool situation work best?

Anyone know any good guides? Loads on nodes but Google mining and all I get it pissed off people whining about fees!
