personally I use Fedora and enjoy that, but imho Ubuntu is fine if you just use flatpaks instead of snaps though I certainly agree that pushing snaps is annoying af

Personally running Fedora right now as well. Mint is good... it's subjective, but worth trying something else if you want to get away from snaps.
