Really? It's called leak sensor but it is just a "Water presence" sensor.

As we do not use our basement it is good to have one to get notified.

I use lot of sensor in my smartphone.

Btw. My neighbours don't use a water sensor because they near permanently have water in the basement. So I am just lucky that it happens like once a year.
