my power went out and corrupted my utxo set. Have to rebuild and reindex everything. Currently at 2016-06 🐌

You have been pretty unlucky.

I have run an archive node for like a month before and I know that it often can recover from sudden stops. But this time you was not that lucky :S

This is the first time I’ve had to do this. I’ve been running this core node since 2014 or something? I’m surprised the HDD has survived this long tbh.

So what do you do when that happens? Do you just redownload the blockchain? Seems like your bank failure is more manageable than some of the other ones going on. 🧡🫂
