Not sure I like that by default every time I need to chose from global feed or follows feed
Id love to keep my default there with the follows feed first

If I think it would look good in two tabs divided into Following | Global in the header of the feed. 🤔

It remembers the choice you have made so no need to choose it every time.
if I click in "Feeds" twice it brings me back to the other menu. So If I want to move from follows to global I would need to click twice there and then select global.
Before in the left bar I just simply had my feed and global.. just one click.. it should always start with the follows by default or if you want, it should always remember where you've last been.. but that's it. I'm really unclear on why you made that choice because I honestly think you had the fastest UX that was also very simple
