That’s not what I think this is. Tell me how a 23 year-old student at one of the most expensive private universities in the country gets the resources to start up a bitcoin mining business in another state while attending school. It doesn’t add up. This has to be a Chinese government agent.

Isn’t that what he’s saying? The Chinese government are circumventing their own ban by having a “student” do it in Texas

True, it means the ban was always nonsense, it’s just there to keep the public under control of the digital Yuan. My point was just that this is no private citizen.
