I don’t completely disagree. But there are problems with all cultures of every race, depending on all the factors and how they play into each other.

I grew up in a predominantly Hispanic area and saw a lot of violence and brokenness in those communities. But I also had lots of white friends with similar issues.

So I guess all that to say, I don’t view it as a race problem.
