People always looking for the “easy” way not realizing the easy way isn’t real.

Ozempic isn’t the easy way to lose weight because it costs users their health and it doesn’t address the real issues.

Antidepressants are not the easy way out of depression because they create more problems than they solve and don’t address root cause(s).

The easy way is the right way and it’s actually the only way -> eat right, never stop learning, love, work hard, be honest, remain fit & disciplined, explore and get sun.

Boom, do that stuff consistently and 99% of problems are remedied.

Folks gotta choose their hard.

Eating right and exercising is hard.

Being out of shape and unhealthy is also hard.

Exactly. I would argue that being out of shape and mentally compromised is substantially harder than eating right and exercising. Especially considering that the road of being unhealthy and out of shape ultimately leads to having to get in shape and eating right anyways.

Agreed đź’Ż

My wife's cousin was in town last week and told us at least 20 people she knew were on ozempic (she's one of our few portals to "regular" america). Blew our minds. The bad breath and organ damage don't seem to deter them from fiat weight loss.

Maybe all the Europeans were right, America IS fat and stupid lol

Holy shit. That’s hard to imagine knowing 20 people on ozempic. Does she have a job that exposes her to lots of adults? wtf

But yeah. Americans by and large are fat and stupid, sad but true. Plenty of stupid fat Europeans too though lol.

A high school teacher, but she said it was mostly her friend group. Granted she has a lot of friends, but still

75% of the U.S. population is overweight or obese but still that’s a lot of friends. Most I can do is 5 haha
