It doesn't make sense to price things in sats until it becomes the common unit of account (unless you want to continually be adjusting your prices) and that will not happen until the dollar collapses.

This is why I price my art prints at "1 oz silver or the bitcoin equivalent".

By pegging to silver I get price stability and inflation protection while bitcoin realizes its full value over time. Now, I never have to adjust my prices. When bitcoin becomes the common unit of account is when to price your products in sats (unless you can automate the peg for the daily fluctuations)
