"We have been forced to temporarily and indefinitely suspend the #DolphinCard service due to circumstances completely outside of our control (related to our external card issuer). We sincerely regret this major disruption.

Any funds you have topped up on the Dolphin Card remain safe and accounted for. We are preparing a seamless process to refund all funds back to your AQUA Wallet balance.

We are actively working on a long-term solution, but the service will not be reinstated in the immediate future.
