Looks amazing. Buon appetito!

I followed you because of Indian food, as there isn't anyone on #foodstr posting Indian. I'm no Indian but been to India several times in the past and my favorite food of all time is Biryani but idk how to cook it

Thank you 😊 I will keep posting more of it then 🙂

wow thanks!!

which part of India are you from, if you don't mind?

but if you choose not to answer that, then, may I ask, you're non-veg, right? so I can ask about ... meat? If not, just ignore

Haha.. I am from South India (Tamilnadu to be specific)

I live in Karnataka though

And I am vegetarian who has learnt to eat eggs 😁

You can converse about meat with me but you may get wrong answers perhaps, as I am not an expert there 😁

I am the one who orders veg biriyani for myself when I go for eat-outs with my friends, who order biriyani with meat. I am not too sensitive about eating with people who eat meat...

good to know I can meat-speak with an awesome Biryani cook. I've been to Karnataka, in Bylakyluppe, Mysore, with funny stories lol I love their food, but I can't eat straight a regular Indian meal cooked with 26 different spices - too strong for me but if the food is not cooked yet, I will order not spicy, which, in India, is already spicy lol

Bylakuppe. sorry typo

there's something missing on these condiments - the chutney and the yogurt? or are you lactose intolerant, and avoiding chutney due to its acidity?

Eagle eyes! Here is another photo I took after they gave me the curd 😁

Luckily no intolerances here.. My body tolerates almost any food.

nom nom

I couldn't identify the fried vegs but the sweet potato was nicely done, yogurt not too thick, now I'm craving for some Masala 😭
