Yeah man this should be standard, as you say similar to zapraisers, it encourages V4V by having a free market of plebs offering bounties for providing help to others :)

But I just want to say that I like the approach for getting a good answer by offering a bounty.

Agree 💯 V4V should be initiated not a default.
Luckily this feature lends itself to being optional, as a user would presumably tap an option to enable the bounty feature manually when posting a note.
