This has happened to me as well. Have my shenanigans gotten me blocked by them? Or have I inadvertently blocked them?
No idea what's this bug. Also if they are blocked how are they able to like my post 🤔 #[4] ser you know about this?

Blocked means you can't see their notes, but they can still see yours.
As for autoblock.... 🤷♂️ I've noticed it too
