Hospital evac thread 2/…

So you call around, and hopefully find some hospital in a safe zone (good luck if a hurricane just wiped out your city). You get an accepting doc, bed assignment, and RN report. Now for transport. Well, most cities have a small handful of ambulances available for interfacility transport, and most are BLS (EMT only), or ALS (EMT-Paramedic). Critical care (think ICU level) are thin in big cities, and don’t exist in entire regions of the US (NM’s checkerboard, for instance)
