Will the Hong Kong ETFs be available to mainland Chinese?

I honestly don’t know who can buy it.
The paperwork says no. But there are plenty of people on the mainland with plenty of ways to buy. Because people from the mainland often come and go to Hong Kong.😉
Under Southbound direction of Mainland-HK Stock Connect scheme.....no. As of now that leaves only eligible mainlanders who are incorporated in some way in HK to access.
