Sounds like the perfect plan! Who needs roads, firemen, hospitals and schools when you can have more Bitcoin? And come on, who doesn't love getting advice from random people on the internet? Making government employees live on bugs sounds like an intriguing idea as well. The comparison with slavery goes further in fact. The slaver would also "provide social goods" to the slaves in exchange for their (involuntary) labor. Housing, food, clothing, basic healthcare and "justice and security" (both against external agents, and to uphold internal "order").
