Garlic and onions drying! I use fans to force air on the bulbs. Cures them a little faster. Still lots of onions and shallots to harvest! #garden #gardening #homesteading

Nice, my shallots and garlic are just about ready. I've found it's really nice to peel the outer layer of garlic and shallots right after harvesting. Gives them a nice clean look, and it's really easy. I also like to trim the roots at the same time since they get really tough when they dry out.
