Microstrategy doesn't own any bitcoin. Bitcoin is permissionless, what they own is permissioned by the State.

What? They don’t hold the keys to their Bitcoin?
Not sure if it's with a custodian or not, but in any case what they have is registered with the State and permissioned by the State. The same is true of any other registered company that holds "Bitcoin".
