Start with following back all of your followers. Good way to network a community.
The Iris app is a little buggy but it has a follow all button when you're viewing your followers. You might have to wait a while for it to find all your followers.
If there are people on here who's perspective you find valuable, look at who they're following.

Pick accounts you know/like and browse through their following lists. That's one idea.
