I like to see it as sustainable 😅 been doing it since 2021 💪

Only teasing I can barely do 50.

I started with 1 on day one.. 2 on day 2.. completed the year with 365 on the last day of the year. (In sets of 30-60 reps usually)

After the year I decided to just stick to 150 a day.

It’s more of a discipline thing than anything.
