I’ve researched many of the oldest bibles I could find available. Even went as far as attempting to translate one of the oldest works discovered written in Greek. Still the only thing closest to being true scripture had so far been King James but who’s know. In total there seems to be at least 17 missing books from the Bible.

That’s because the KJV follows the Textus Receptus (compiled by Erasmus of Rotterdam). Erasmus likely forged a greek manuscript to support a portion of 1 John 5:7-8. The missing verses come from following critical editions of the greek NT. These verses are lacking in the oldest sources.
