This speaks to the precise reasons why I have continued to choose to steer SeedSigner away from being a company; once you have investors, employees, leases, contracts, and all of the other obligations that come with them, incentives shift, and IMHO, not in a direction that was right for the idea behind SeedSigner.

As much as I have tried to get Jack to engage with, or even make the slightest mention or acknowledgement of our project, it unfortunately has yet to happen. Given his proclaimed passion for FOSS, I always thought he would dig what we are doing -- how cypherpunk is it for bitcoiners to build their own cold storage signing tool?!? 🙂 Heck, Jack and I are even from the same city.

Over time I don't know what to think of it. In the end you just have to kill your heros and build for yourself and the people around you.
