I think one of the best and craziest public transportation systems I’ve ever tried in my life is Toronto’s.

It works pretty well, but to my foreign brain it’s a bit confusing at times. In my memory, Vancouver was more simple… or is it just my memory playing tricks on me?

Anyways, after taking 3 wrong buses I am home. 😂 Let’s call it a day. This is my second week here and I’m still learning. I shouldn’t be so hard on myself. How’s the public transportation in your city? Are you happy with it? Please share your thoughts with me. I grew up with the NYC transit system riding trains with friends since we were 9 all over the city.

Its definitely controlled chaos.

I’ve been Toronto and theirs is decent but multiply that by 10 and you get NYC’s.

Toronto transportation is awful. Outdated. It gets even worse outside the core. Don't even try taking a Brampton bus.

I’m mainly in North York and sometimes I go to downtown 😊 For now it has worked well for me, but the traffic is chaotic just like it is in São Paulo. The buses I found a bit confusing to be honest. 😵‍💫

Think I waa spoiled from living in Singapore. You could eat off the Subway floors - that's how clean they were lol

I only drove my car last time I was there so I never experienced public transportation. I did learn that they will shut down an entire highway for a weekend in order to get a bunch of work done all at once. I think that’s a pretty smart idea.

Oh and all the highways merge for a bit and it’s like 7 or 8 lanes wide 😳. That was, different….
