Plebs is just an over arching terminology taken from i believe greek or roman times referring to just the plain ordinary people
Zaps are just shirt hand for tipping. When i " zap" your post im sending you some fractions of a bitcoin which is money. So by doing so im telling you that i valued your contributions, input, opinions, help etc.

No, there are 0 Algorithms that decide thr content you see or dont see. Everything is filtering through chronological order. By your follower choices and relay connections.
