on Earth Day 2016

the local Credit Union gave

us this Eastern Red Cedar sapling,

the tree was not even a foot tall

today it is a thriving home & safe harbor for many family’s birds

That's a nice thick one too, a bunch of those guys in a row would make a great windbreak or privacy screen.

we had two of them.

Although my neighbor weed whacked one of them to death when it was a sapling
