I like their traditions. If it was only a matter of traditions and rituals, I'd be Orthodox myself.

Butttttt. One of the truths I know is that your heart is described by your speech. When I was becoming involved with the Orthodox, I kept getting this red flag - they spoke hatefully. Sometimes to me, after asking a question ; sometimes towards some perceived enemy. That was why I kept looking deeper... That hateful speech. Turns out, its not new. That twisted heart that brings forth evil speech is the same one that murders people over "heresy."
