I was watching the food network while I was working out. I am a sucker for Guy Fieri, but that isn't the point of this note. During an hour long show, I witnessed 6 different pharma commercials. The majority of it was for BiPolar Pills and the minority was Botox for "headaches". All I can think about is how they are trying to convince middle aged women they are all bipolar and could use Botox...this seems the same kind of "personality" shaping that everyone is mad TikTok is doing....tv started it, and I personally don't believe pharma should be targeting the everyday person regarding their undiagnosed needs. This is a doctors responsibility to work with their clients/patients. Also stop telling all the women they are Bipolar when majority of them are just in toxic environments with shitty partners or families or even communities that purposely gaslight them all day long.
