It's easy:

- Ignore information from disinformation media.

- Don't vote.

- Save in gold and Bitcoin.

- Use private communications.

- Use private operating systems.

- Avoid paying all possible taxes.

- Educate those around you about what politicians and the system really are.

- Keep in mind that everything public is garbage and indoctrination; take this into account when educating your children.

There are many more things, but broadly speaking, it's about being a tough nut to crack for the system. This is a good start.
