They are currently fielding 750,000 war hardened.Russia is still fighting a 'war of attrition' and running a meat grinder on Ukraine. Russia's strategy is to go slow so as to not overwhelm US/NATO and force them into rash action. At this point, Russia is capable of anything and Ukraine is capable of nothing. I think the RF strategy will be to sit tight and see if they cant get what they want in peace talks
its a good strategy, peace is a good solution, war is dumb except when compelled as russia has been because of nato expansionism
